Working across teams, the Growth and Engagement Manager will create original campaigns to highlight the importance and impact this service can have.

Reporting to the Senior Management staff in the Corporate Client team, the successful candidate will be responsible for raising both the profile and uptake of our client's flagship payroll giving scheme. Through creating meaningful relationships with key clients, you will promote the flagship payroll-giving scheme, working alongside third parties to ensure a seamless client experience.

This role would suit a self-starter with experience in increasing uptake and awareness of work place initiatives. As a key ambassador of our clients payroll giving scheme you will bring the scheme alive and encourage it to be an important part of the corporate culture.
