Our client is a new, dynamic Housing Association formed by the merger of the two strong and resilient housing providers who have a shared history in providing excellent quality services to their customers.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Services this role requires a highly motivated individual to work collaboratively across the Group. Leading the Community & Wellbeing Projects Team you’ll manage the delivery of an innovative and varied portfolio of community projects and services within the North West. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a number of projects in the coming year to benefit our customers and communities, as well as delivering their Customer Engagement Annual Strategic Plan.


The ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding work will be crucial in this role. You will also have a key role in the development of new projects and build effective relationships with new and existing partners and funders will be essential.


You’ll have previous experience in delivering community change projects, engaging with diverse communities and strong relationship management skills. As a team player, you will have exceptional written and verbal skills that will enable you to ensure high standards of communication, and the ability to contribute to funding bids and deliver and implement projects to the highest standards. You will also have previous experience in planning projects and reporting, monitoring and evaluating the impact on KPIs and social return on investment. 


It is essential for the successful candidate to hold a Full Driving Licence and have access to a car due to the geography of our stock and the challenges of working across diverse and dispersed communities both within rural and urban areas.
