£20,885 – £25,150 per annum (depending on skills)
Temporary 12 months contract (potentially permanent)
35 hours per week between 8 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday

Our client is a new, dynamic Housing Association formed by the merger of the two strong and resilient housing providers who have a shared history in providing excellent quality services to their customers.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Young Persons Support Worker who will work across both their Manchester foyer and Forrest court projects. Reporting directly to the Young Persons Services Manager you will work with the foyer team to ensure their young people are supported through their independent living journey providing essential
support for individual needs.

You will have a proven track record in this highly rewarding field showing a strong commitment to meeting the individual needs of each young person. Demonstrable experience in one to one support planning, risk assessment, delivering training and an understanding of the welfare benefits system is also required. You must be client focused, have the ability to communicate at all levels, be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment and help their young people achieve their goals.
