Our client aims to consistently provide high quality services to homeowners and general needs residents. Working within the Service Charge team who manage service charges for over 15,000 residents, you will be able to enhance the quality of service they provide to their customers.

This role includes the setting and delivery of service charges, processing and issuing the actual accounts and balancing charge. You will support the Service Charge Manager in ensuring all activities are legislatively compliant, including the correct issuing of Section 20 notifications.

You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and business skills, be able to work well under pressure, show attention to detail and be able to prioritise your work. If you are competent in all areas of service charge administration, able to work independently within a busy team and are keen to deliver challenging business objectives, we would like to hear from you.
