Then this could be the role for you…

About our client
Our client is one of the largest housing groups in the East Midlands. They manage over 9,200 homes for more than 20,000 customers. They also provide care and support for the most vulnerable people in their society and develop new homes.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and passionate Housing Professional to be part of the Senior Leadership team in the Homes and Wellbeing department and across the business.

Reporting to the Director of the Homes and Wellbeing, you will lead teams across a portfolio of services specifically across our Social and Affordable Housing tenures.  You will also lead and participate in a broad range of corporate initiatives and deliver both departmental key performance measures and the organisation group corporate plan. In addition, your delivery of a substantial eight figure budget will be a key responsibility.

About You
With relevant qualifications and experience at a senior level in the Housing sector, you will be a creative team player; able to provide strategic leadership to ensure our client is fit for the future. You will be driven by their values, have energy and passion for their services and share their vision for the future.

You’ll need a track record of delivering results which include excellent customer service and high performing teams. You will lead and implement change to deliver service improvements and have the credibility to inform and influence at all levels.

In return you will receive:

  • Competitive salary and pension
  • 28.5 days statutory annual (rising to 30.5 days after 5 years) + bank holidays
  • On-going training and development opportunities
  • Free Health cashback plan; claim up to £100 for dental treatment, optician fees and other benefits
  • Staff social activities sponsored by the organisation
  • Benefits scheme offering discounts and cashback at high street shops and major supermarkets, gyms etc.
  • Free confidential access to 24hr assistance program for counselling, advice and support
  • The opportunity to influence decision making to make a real difference

All successful candidates will be required to take an online ability assessment and work -related exercise prior to the interview.

All correspondence will be via your registered email address.
