Prospectus are excited to be working with a high profile national charity to recruit for a new position, Head of Fundraising Innovation, to focus on developing their products and propositions. The creative and ambitious innovation programme that you will be leading is for warm donors and is aimed at creating long lasting engagement with supporters at all levels.

You will be responsible for briefing research, analysing insights and opportunities, ideation and testing through prototype, whether end-to-end internally or through working with partners. Your success in this position will be measured by new income generated in the medium term from the donor and supporter pipeline that is under your remit. You will have complete access to continually review all aspects of the donor journey to ensure opportunities are met and investment decisions are monitored.

For this position they are looking for someone who has experience of leading a successful innovation programme end to end from identifying insight for ideation through to deployed scaled products. In the role experience of leading a team and managing external partners and agencies will be crucial.
