Prospectus are delighted to be working with a leading provider of homelessness accommodation, who offer shelter, support and advice to homeless service users across London. They are currently looking to recruit a dedicated Team Leader for one of their small young people's services in Kensington and Chelsea.

As Team Leader you will assist the Team Manager in providing a high quality accommodation based support service to single homeless customers, some with complex needs. You will have full responsibility for line managing a designated number of support and service staff, and will hold a complex needs caseload. You will act as a general point of contact for day to day support queries for staff on shift, and will support the Team Manager in ensuring income is maximised and expenditure is contained within budget. You will also maintain effective relationships with external agencies to ensure that service users are fully supported, and will represent the organisation on external bodies as appropriate.

To be successful in this position you will have previous experience of supporting vulnerable people to achieve independent living, and will have demonstrable managerial experience within the sector. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team, as well as producing accurate reports and multi-agency working. Overall, you will be a strong, dedicated Leader with a clear passion for supporting users back on the road to independency.
