This organisation are successful across all fundraising revenue streams and are dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness and effecting policy change in the UK at the very highest level.

The Head of Community and Events will lead a successful team of community and challenge events fundraisers dedicated to the cause and promote meaningful, relationship driven fundraising with all supporters. The Head of Community and Events will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the entire challenge events portfolio and a robust programme of community fundraising. The team are responsible for raising vital funds for the organisation's services and this post will be responsible for the success of the team and will work closely with other leaders of the fundraising team.

The selected candidate will have significant community and events fundraising experience and will be dedicated to the cause. You will have demonstrable experience of managing income and expenditure budgets and will understand the breadth of community fundraising and how it can work with other revenue streams. Crucially, the selected candidate will be a proven fundraising leader and will have experience of managing diverse and successful teams.
