Key Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the insight team and other key stakeholders, to identify and scope new products, services and channel opportunities for the Retail Directorate to drive income growth
• Develop the overall proposition, customer journey, digital platform and marketing plan, working with key departments
• Drive growth in areas including eBay store, house and office clearance and corporate partnerships
• Be responsible for project managing any newly identified Business Development projects related to retail, stock, health or other initiatives in-line with charity and Retail requirements
• Be responsible for all project management, business case development, third party relationship building, evaluation, insight and budget management in relation to programmes of work

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following:

* Marketing Degree or equivalent experience
* Project Management experience
* Knowledge of Retail industry and charity market (desirable)
* Experience of successfully leading significant commercial projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* Experience of working with expenditure budgets, including monitoring and reporting
* Experience of seeking out and building successful partner and supplier relationships.
* Proven performance against commercial targets and objectives.
