Domestic Assistant (Charity / Supported Living)
Our client, near Bishops Stortford in Hertfordshire provides specialist healthcare, education and therapeutic services to children, young people and adults who have epilepsy, learning disabilities and other complex needs.
Position: Domestic Services Assistant
Location: Perry Green, Much Hadham, Bishops Stortford (Commutable form Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Stevenage, Chelmsford, Saffron Walden, St Albans, Ilford and surrounding areas)
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:30 to 13:30
Salary: £7.83 per hour
Benefits: including 23 days annual leave, commitment to training and development, supportive management and staff benefits. We also offer a range of staff discounts for High Street stores, Leisure & Gym plus optional contributory pension and childcare voucher schemes. There is free on-site parking.
Closing date: 25 September 2018, noon

About the role:
They are looking to recruit a permanent Domestic Assistant to work within their Domestic Services Department. The work will be varied and will include the cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, accommodation rooms, kitchen and other communal areas on a rolling system.
About you:
Applicants will need to be reliable, a team player and have a flexible attitude as work is varied. They will give training; provide Personal Protective Equipment & clothing.
Offers are subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check.
