About the role

Our services are already high quality, we have excellent ratings from our regulators but we need a Head of Quality to drive continuous improvement across services to ensure that they are outcome focused, person centred, safe and reflect the needs and expectations of the people using them.

This role is based in our new purpose built Centre TouchBase Pears which is in easy reach of Birmingham City Centre and conveniently located next door to Selly Oak Train Station.

About you

The Head of Quality will work as part of the leadership team to develop a new strategy for Sense. You will lead a highly motivated, skilled and experienced team to embed the Sense Quality Framework and oversee the work of the team to ensure services are compliant with all regulatory and legislative requirements and that they reflect best practice and innovation.
