Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with one of the world's leading music and drama schools and the UK's top ranked conservatoire, as they look to appoint their new Development Manager. This organisation offers superb under-18, undergraduate and postgraduate training in the performing arts and boasts renowned alumni that are spread across the globe.

The organisation straddles higher education and the arts in a unique way, meaning that this role will involve a strong connection to the arts as well as an involvement in the higher education sector. The Development Manager will be part of a creative well-resourced and dynamic development department.

The Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of donors capable of giving significant five and six figure gifts. Responsibilities will include managing longstanding relationships with City Livery Companies and some trusts and foundations - as well as looking to build new relationships with trusts and foundations and some corporate donors.

The selected candidate will have experience working with a large portfolio of donors and of securing five figure gifts. You will have successfully fundraised from trusts and foundations. The organisation is looking for someone with a keen interest in the arts and/or higher education sectors; previous experience in these sectors is desirable, but not necessary.
