35 per week Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with flexi-time
Fixed Term 6-month contract

Our client are a dynamic, ambitious housing association, providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 customers across the North West.

They have got an exciting opportunity for a Data Management Assistant to provide a professional service to coordinate the auditing and conversion of our paper files into digital format. This is a 6-month fixed term contract to assist in achieving this aim.

Working in their Sales and Leasehold department you will report to the Leasehold Manager. You will audit all their leases, deeds and legal paperwork for key components, ensure that all paper documents are logged, managed, and archived appropriately and carry out quality checks on all processed submissions to keep error levels to a minimum.

With previous experience of administration in a busy office, you will be highly organised, methodical and accurate and have the ability to interpret leases and collate information. You will take ownership of situations and see through to completion and apply customer service and great interpersonal skills effectively in all areas of work. Knowledge of leases and deeds is highly desirable however not essential. You must have a willingness to occasionally work outside normal office hours (including evenings and weekends).
