Finance and Operations Director

More Music is seeking an experienced and effective Director of Finance and Operations to join our Leadership Team alongside our new Artistic Director and our Communities and Engagement Director. The role will lead on our finance, operations and HR whilst sharing strategic roles of business and fundraising with the Leadership Team. We are looking for a strategic thinker and planner with strong financial skills and an eye for detail.
