Sitting within a 12 person Philanthropy team, you'll work closely with two other Development Managers and will predominantly secure five and six figure gifts from a varied portfolio.

About you

With proven experience of securing five and six figure gifts from individuals, you will have experience of building relationships with such individuals and look for them to become long-term supporters. A proactive fundraiser, you'll have a clear eye on the landscape for any opportunities to strengthen your own pipeline.

You'll have knowledge of Raisers Edge or equivalent database packages and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident with dealing with people over the phone and in person, you'll have experience of forging strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have excellent creative thinking skills.
