Our client, a wildlife charity are currently expanding their fundraising team, to develop new income streams and enable them to deliver their strategic vision. Building on the firm foundations of their existing membership base, they are now seeking an experienced fundraiser to increase their income from key donors and supporters of their work, particularly major gifts and other relationship-based fundraising. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to play a crucial part in a dynamic and ambitious organisation as they expand their delivery programmes.

Fundraising Relationship Manager
Salary: £30,000 pro-rata plus pension and life insurance

Location: Gloucester
21 hours per week


They are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial member of staff with a proven track record in personally securing major gifts or developing high value relationships with individuals. The successful candidate will have the confidence and skills to identify and cultivate potential new donors, inspire them to make significant personal gifts in support of their work, and steward these new as well as existing relationships.

You will be a confident communicator, equally comfortable writing a compelling case for support as inspiring supporters through face-to-face meetings. You will be skilled at research and networking and able to design and deliver high quality donor engagement activities.

Interviews will be held on Monday 8th October 2018.
