Prospectus are excited to be working with an international development charity to recruit for a Development Manager to work with individual donors. This organisation focus' on providing scholarships to people from a war torn nation that return with the skills they need to help rebuild the country. 
  
Your role will be to steward and develop donations from individuals at all levels including three to five figures whilst supporting on six figure asks made by the Executive Director, Board of Trustees or Alumni. A key part of the position will be to help develop a new fundraising strategy for individual donors that includes their current developed case for support. This role will pivotal in assisting the organisation in its efforts to help train the next generation of engineers, doctors, lawyers and others who will help rebuild the country. 
  
They are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience making the ask at a five figure level and demonstrable experience of supporting on larger multi-year partnerships. The person who will thrive in this position will have a desire to help people and have a passion for international development.
