Driver & Administrative Assistant

Location: Liberia Country Office with travel out of Monrovia

Sightsavers has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Driver & Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Liberia office.

You will be required to drive staff in the office as well as visiting Sightsavers staff and consultants when necessary, to ensure the maintenance and safety of all office vehicles at all times, and to perform clerical duties in support of the efficient running of the office.

The role also provides day-to-day administrative support including messenger tasks and duties, banking, liaison with visitors, receiving and directing calls, taking messages, receiving and circulating incoming and outgoing mail, distributing documents, assisting with workshop events and travel arrangements, undertaking photocopying, scanning, filling, and other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and WAEC or equivalent, a clean driving licence, extensive driving experience and experience with working with NGOs. The ideal candidate should have good command of spoken and written English, good communication skills and be computer literate.
