Position: Campaigns Officer
Location: London – Crutched Friars, EC3N 2AE
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £32,908 actual per annum

About the role:
They are recruiting two Campaigns Officers. The Campaigns Officer will play a crucial role in the Society’s influencing campaigns, building public support for positive change for people with dementia, and raising the importance of dementia among key decision makers.
Working closely with the Marketing and Communications directorate, you will be responsible for developing the digital plans, messaging and activities to support Alzheimer’s Society’s wider influencing campaign strategies. This role will also play an integral part in engaging and motivating staff, volunteers, Society members, supporters and other stakeholders to support Alzheimer’s Society campaigns.
You will work with teams across the organisation to deliver integrated local and national activity towards change that will make a difference to the lives of people with dementia toady and in the future.
About you:
You will have experience of developing and delivering compelling campaigns to recruit and retain supporters, and knowledge of the UK political system to ensure that Alzheimer’s Society maximises the opportunity for change.

You will have experience of online systems (such as Engaging Networks) to connect with supporters and knowledge of the current best practices in mass emailing and data analysis, plus understanding of current data protection law.
