Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

Salary: £32,113 to £36,973 pa
Hours per week: Full time (37 hours)
Type of contract: Permanent (subject to probationary period)

Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire seeks an inspirational Chief Officer to further develop and lead the organisation.  We are a vibrant organisation delivering a county wide service as part of the national Citizens Advice network. 

The Trustees are seeking a strategic leader, someone adept and forward-thinking to build on our success and to engage with new opportunities which encourage our journey of positive improvement and ensure the best client focussed advice services. 

The ideal candidate will be a committed leader, with excellent interpersonal skills to lead and inspire our team of some 60 staff and volunteers.  You will share our values of social justice and have the skills to incorporate them into service delivery and organisational management.  There is a need to further increase the awareness of the charity across the business and public communities of Pembrokeshire.

The successful applicant will have the ability to capture the confidence and interest of our funders and strategic partners while working effectively at promoting a substantial quality advice service in our communities.  Utilising a well-developed experience of financial management and income generation will be an essential skill to ensure sustainability.

The Chief Officer reports to our Trustee Board, working together to develop and implement organisational strategy whilst also having responsibility for day to day operations.
