Job Title: Training Supervisor
Location: Epsom
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 pro rata
Hours per week: Part time 22.5 hours/week over 3-4 days

Citizens Advice Epsom & Ewell is a local charity that provides a much-needed advice and information service for vulnerable local residents. We currently have a vacancy for a Training Supervisor working 22.5 hours per week over 3-4 days.

The role will report to the Advice Services Manager and have responsibility for:

• Ensuring effective and relevant training is provided for all volunteers in Citizens Advice Epsom & Ewell.
• Ensuring that all volunteers reach and maintain the level of competence required for their role as specified by Citizens Advice. 
• Case checking the work of volunteer advisers and assessors and providing feedback where required.

To undertake this important role, we are looking for a talented individual who is Citizens Advice qualified and experienced across all advice areas, and has an ability to support volunteers and maintain motivation, deliver training modules, and plan and implement training programmes.

You must also be well-organised and able to prioritise own work and the work of others, meet deadlines and manage workload in a busy environment
