This national walking charity are looking for a switched-on Membership and Individual Giving Coordinator to support their vibrant and dedicated engagement team on a part time basis (3 days per week) with an immediate start.

As Membership and Individual Giving Coordinator, your experience will enable you to hit the ground running, supporting the team to develop individual giving campaigns and materials, manage fundraising and member focused events and monitor direct response donation campaigns. With an organised approach, you can expect to be working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your natural communication style will demonstrate your ability to get on with and develop positive relationships with people at all levels.

Core Duties:

Coordination of a series of donation campaigns

Develop high-impact campaign materials the encourage one-off and recurring donations

Evaluate all levels of the project and produce evaluation reports

Undertaking a review of the membership database and keeping it up to date

Develop membership offer and put in place fulfilment mechanism

Put in place an effective donor and membership care system

Manage the membership and donor database, including regular consolidation and analysis of information from across donation sources

Work with colleagues to ensure regular communications to our members and donors including coordinating members magazine

Engage with members/ donors answering queries, requests and comments about our work and campaigns
