Job Details

An exciting new opportunity within one of London's leading educational institutions has arisen for a temporary Student Services Officer, to provide key administrative support within the department.

In a highly student facing environment, you will be the first point of contact for student enquires via phone, email and face-to-face along with assisting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks. As the organisation's Student Services Officer, you will maintain an array of databases, ensuring they are kept up to date and monitored accordingly. Consistently providing high levels of customer service to all students and responding efficiently to all enquiries, you will use your initiative to solve complex issues.

In order to be considered for this post, you will have proven professional experience in a similar student support position within a higher education environment along with excellent customer service skills and IT and communication skills. You will have a proactive approach to working together with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. You will also be familiar with student record systems and have substantial administration experience.
