A STEM based charity which works across the UK to develop and deliver a range of programmes to provide opportunities for young people to enhance their technical, personal and employability skills through industry-led projects, industrial placements and specialised taster courses through developing partnerships and building links between educators and industry employers in order to help organisations reach talent and connect with young people across the UK are recruiting for a Schools Projects Delivery Coordinator for their Southern programmes.
Based in Welwyn Garden City, you will be involved in the recruitment and retention of companies and schools to grow the programme as well as support all partners in the delivery aspect.
As someone who has a real passion for education and ideally the STEM sector, you will use your enthusiasm, confidence, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with new and potential partner organisations to encourage them to be part of the programme and maximise their awareness and participation of the different programmes they offer.
You will have excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail in order to ensure the programmes meet quality standards both at planning and delivery stages. You will also have responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the schemes activities, so a creative outlook is essential!
