This leading housing association is part of the G15 (a group of the largest housing providers in London) and seeks to make a difference to provide housing opportunities for those in need.

Description

  • Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy that engages staff and promotes the organisation's vision and help achieve employee engagement through understanding and responding to feedback
  • Working closely with other senior management and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and unite staff with the organisation's vision
  • Lead on managing the application and submission process for the organisation's annual external surveys, ensuring they are easy to complete and that they are authentic and compelling
  • Monitor, review and report on employee engagement for leaders across the business to help understand engagement in their area and areas of focus
  • Plan and conduct employee focus groups across the business to gain deeper insight and formulate relevant action plans to improve engagement in each area
  • Support the design, development and implementation of the organisation's wellbeing programme ensuring it is clearly communicated and inclusive for all our colleagues
  • Supporting the communication and delivery of internal events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement
  • Review current landscape to develop tools and tactics to drive greater cross-departmental collaboration

Profile

Essential

  • Experience in developing and implementing an employee engagement strategy and an understanding of engagement measurement
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engagement sessions for colleagues at all levels
  • People management skills and experience in supervising or managing the performance of team members
  • Excellent communications (copywriting and editing) and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven project management skills and experience including managing a range of stakeholders and delivering to deadlines
  • Sound experience of working with and influencing senior management, and connecting with employees of all levels
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously or in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
  • Experience of implementing initiatives that improve engagement and culture
  • Analytical and systematic approach to work with the ability to work with detailed data and present clear and engaging analysis of the findings to different audiences

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
