£38,000 pro rata for 3 or 4 days per week

We are working with an impactful children's disability charity to find their newest member of staff to work with their high-net worth supporters. 

As Assistant Head of Philanthropy Partnerships you will work alongside the Head to cultivate relationships with existing and prospective donors.  This is a small team, so the post holder will be expected to take on the whole breadth of major donor fundraising- identifying and developing new prospects; developing the existing Ambassador and Patron networks; and building on the portfolio of donor engagement events.

This charity are lucky to have a very engaged CEO who actively supports major donor fundraising, being both engaged and accessible to the team and effective in meetings with prospects and donors. In addition to this the chair is also supportive, engaged and willing to be involved. 

There is huge potential for growth and to be a key element of the charity being more sustainable as they develop new ways of delivering support to their beneficiaries.
