Job Details
Membership and Individual Giving coordinator (3 days a week, 6 months)
Working for a social welfare organisation, at one of their offices in either Cardiff, Edinburgh or Newcastle. The role is for three days a week for a six months period, to start ASAP. You will be responsible for the coordination of a series of donation campaigns, coordinating project plans and putting in place effective monitoring systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop high-impact campaign materials the encourage one-off and recurring donations
- Roll out campaign activity online through email and website
- Undertaking a review of the membership database and keeping it up to date
- Put in place an effective donor and membership care system
- Work with colleagues to ensure regular communications to our members and donors including coordinating members magazine
In order to apply for this role you will have the following experience:
- Demonstrable experience of developing individual giving campaigns and materials
- Experience of managing donor care packages
- Experience of developing and managing supporter databases, engagement tools and resources that have inspired donations
- Experience of developing and managing fundraising or member focused events
- Experience of monitoring direct response donation campaigns
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including copywriting
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
