Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with flexi-time

They’ve got an exciting opportunity for customer focused individual to come and join their team and help them to provide a professional front line service.

Working in their Sales & Leasehold Team, covering areas across Greater Manchester, you will help them to manage the Association’s portfolio of both Leased and Market Rent Properties.
Helping to manage the service charges, dealing with claims, managing all expenditure and any Section 20 consultations. Further to this you will process applications, deal with sign-ups including deposits, manage tenancies, deal with repairs and conduct scheme and termination inspections.

With experience of leasehold management including Shared Owners and Market Rent tenancy management, you will have experience of formulating and presenting Schemes.
Due to the nature of the role a full valid Driving License is essential.
