‘Deliver high quality homes and services for their customers’ is one of their five strategic aims. They have a strong social purpose and are committed to their customers, which is why they are looking for a Customer Liaison Agent to support their busy Programme Management Team.
You will be out there in their communities, working closely with their customers, teams and contractors, to support the delivery of projects that contribute to their great homes and neighbourhood standard.

You will play a key part in a team that strives to deliver value for money and has strong customer focus by supporting the delivery of a professional programme and project management culture.
This is not an office based role, you will be out on site carrying out visits and inspections of occupied and empty properties and you will also be responsible for resolving complaints and queries. All the time, you will be acting as liaison between customers, contractors and colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of communication.

They are looking for someone who has a good standard of education and recent proven experience in a customer liaison role, experience of dealing with members of the public and customers when declining requests or modifying desired outcomes is key.

You will have customer service skills with experience of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction whilst building strong relationships in a busy and demanding environment.
