As a proactive Governance Manager, your expertise in managing statutory records will enable you to hit the ground running to ensure the charity continues to adhere to the highest standards of good governance practice and complies to statutory regulation including charity law.
This is a progressive charity based in the heart of Westminster who have an ambitious new strategy for 2018, introducing exciting changes to the way they engage with their volunteers and the young people that they support. An inclusive and passionate culture is on offer here and you will be made to feel an integral part of the team from day one.
Reporting to the Strategy Director, you will be managing the flow of governance work, ensuring a quality secretariat support, record keeping and communications for the charity's various governance bodies, including the Board of Trustees.
If you have extensive governance experience backed up with an up to date knowledge of charity law/charity governance and are willing to take minutes at meetings of the Board, Committees and working groups of the Board, you should apply.
