Senior Philanthropy Manager

We are working with one of the most recognised international development charities in the world who are looking for a new leader for their major donor programme.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships this is an ambitious team and the role will be challenging but will also be the most rewarding as you can see the difference you are making to children and families across the world.

The hiring manager would like this to be a 5 day a week role but there is some flexibility from working from home.

Key Responsibilities of the role

• You will be line managing 4 people who are very strong and capable fundraisers (overall team of 11) Line management should take up about 20%, therefore you can dedicate 80% to hands on fundraising with a great portfolio
• Overseeing budgets and forecasting for the team , the major donor target is circa 17million per annum.

• Generate a personal income of 2.5 million

If you are a brilliant major donor fundraiser who is still eager to get out there and secure the 6&7 figure gifts but also enjoy leading a team please do not hesitate to get in touch.
