£60,000 per annum

Our client is an ambitious housing association with 3,000 homes in the heart of London’s East End.

As Head of Asset Management, you have overall responsibility for Landlord compliance delivering the asset management plan, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and cost-effective delivery of an effective cyclical and planned maintenance service to residents and a major works programme across a range of property types and tenures.

They are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a creative pro-active positive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Holding a relevant qualification (design/ planning/ property/contract management/ improvement/ maintenance), you will also hold a Professional qualification (e.g. MCIOB or MRICS) or significant relevant experience.

Their ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract management including M&E contracts, developing an asset management plan, management of planned, cyclical and major works programmes and budget/ financial management.
