It’s an exciting time for our client as they work towards their Corporate strategy, Next-Gen 2017-2021 and focus on growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.


They are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to support the management of Landlord Compliance Activities across the portfolio, including direct responsibility for managing projects resulting from compliance activities from inception through to project completion.


As a Compliance Manager, you will project lead on all core Landlord Health and Safety Projects, ensuring that all key milestones are delivered on time and on budget and
the project is successfully delivered. You will Lead on the budget planning for annual landlord compliance activities; lead on the procurement and delivery of maintenance programmes arising from Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programme and other landlord compliance programmes.


Additionally, you will oversee reporting provided by the Asset Management function in relation to Landlord Health and Safety and provide regular assurance reports to the Head of Asset Management and advise, guide and challenge our Commercial Services team to ensure effective compliance throughout planned programmed works in accordance with defined programmes.


Their ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing compliance functions.  Experience within the landlord and/or housing sector would be highly beneficial however not essential. You will have experience in relation to fire safety and in successfully managing and delivering projects. Ideally, you will hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification or equivalent.
