Providing operational support to our 60 colleagues across the company, the Operations team includes Finance, IT, Facilities and HR. Nimble and dynamic we are there to ensure excellent service provision to our colleagues as well as our diverse candidates and clients across the Beyond Profit sector.

Our Finance team is responsible for all aspects of financial processing, control and reporting within the business. The main purpose of this role is to provide robust financial controls including regular reconciliations and credit control with the opportunity to provide analysis to improve how we do things.

Our ideal candidate is someone with previous experience of a fast-paced diverse finance role with particular experience within a financial control environment. Credit control experience would be useful, but not essential, as long as you are proactive and possess strong communication skills, with a desire to develop and learn within the finance team of a value based recruitment business.
