Are you an experienced, insight-driven digital marketer? 
  
Our client, a world renowned children's healthcare charity, is looking for a Digital Marketing Performance Manager to permanently join their Digital Engagement Team. 

Reporting to the Head of Digital Engagement you will lead on implementing the strategy and delivering digital cross-channel insight, while also continuing to optimise user journeys with the view to develop an effective digital supporter experience. This individual will have a multi-channel approach and will be adept and confident at measuring, analysing, testing and optimising various functions. You will also be responsible for managing the digital marketing budget including forecasting, monitoring and reporting on spend.

Day-to-day duties will consist of managing the charity's search and email marketing portfolio, including managing relationships with agencies and stakeholders to deliver impact. You will work alongside other teams to build and refine supporter-first journeys and with a hands-on approach, proactively lead on the testing and building process. You will have the opportunity to manage the delivery of projects, developing high quality marketing to support the fundraising team as well as converting marketing activity to meet fundraising objectives. There will also be two direct line reports, leading the team to deliver high quality digital marketing in line with agreed objectives. 
  
The Digital Marketing Performance Manager must have advanced email marketing skills related to creating and optimising user journeys, automation, testing and reporting. An understanding of the digital landscape within the charity sector is highly desired as is experience of working with a variety of CMS technical platforms. A working knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords is key as are practical skills in managing PPC multi-channel campaigns. The successful candidate will be insight-driven and will have a passion for analytics, as well as having an impeccable eye for detail. A proven track record of managing relationships with stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers is essential as are the interpersonal skills and previous experience of managing a small team.
