Description

• Integrated marketing campaign planning, development and implementation across the College's offering to achieve the recruitment targets.
• Utilise and improve their web presence, marketing platforms, social media and PR channels. Developing both systems, technology and integration where relevant, particularly with the College's CRM and Student Management Systems.
• To manage the fulfilment of the communications, design and marketing requirements and requests that are made from across the College. Whilst working with key stakeholders, building relationships across the College to ensure that activities are pre-planned rather than adhoc requests where it is possible. This will include working with the internal team and external PR, marketing and design agencies meet the needs of the College.
• Develop, enhance and ensure brand consistency and management systems are in place to manage the brand.
• Stakeholder engagement and account management; to proactively engage in an account management style with key departmental representatives across the business to ensure their needs are met and the team is delivering against the needs of the College.
• Ensure that the College is capturing, analysing relevant marketing intelligence data and information to improve marketing and sales performance.
• To lead a team through effective leadership, coaching and driving team development.
• Budget management responsibility.

Profile

• Degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Demonstrable experience in on and offline channel experience.
• Previous line management experience.

Salary is up to £40K dependent on experience.
