Description

• Developing, managing and delivering a wide range of marketing activities to increase the value proposition of membership to retain existing members and attract new members
• Implementation of targeted marketing campaigns using a mixture of channels including web, email, social media, videos, webinars, podcasts, etc, to promote events and products
• Writing tailored, engaging and concise copy for the promotion of the organisation's events, member campaigns and professional development across the different sectors of membership
• Input into the creative process of what is being shared with members with the intent to create engaging visuals for a variety of resources
• Reviewing and analysing campaign performance - sharing results and recommending ways to improve future performance
• Working with other teams within the marketing function as required to promote other organisational services as required

Profile

Essential

• Experience developing engaging copy, powerful content/messaging and ability to source information from a range of sources
• An understanding of how to utilise a range of channels (email, social media, print, events, website) for the promotion of events, services and products
• Maintaining collections of marketing assets such as imagery, brochures and marketing materials
• Solid understanding of the creative process and developing design concepts
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven time management and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation and externally
• Creative and proactive approach to work, identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations
• A flexible team-player with a can do attitude

Desirable

• Previous membership/association experience would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Photoshop / InDesign / Premier pro (or equivalent)

Job Offer
