The client is a global leading B2B business.

Description

- Developing the CRM systems functionality change requests and user enhancements

- Creating and documenting business requirements

- Developing new functions for the CRM system to new functions including needs, processes and reports identification along with stakeholder management, training development and delivery of training

-Daily administration and support of the Salesforce database including managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields and record types / page layouts

- Advise direction for commercial processes including role, profile and user needs. Development of Multi-channel and multi-stage campaign functionality.

Profile

Candidate essentials:

- minimum 2 years working on Sales Force

- Solid organisational skills and able to manage multiple workloads

- Commercially aware with an ROI and analytical approach

- Experience working with databases
