Description

Design the organisations research and insight programme to time and budget, to inform and influence organisational policy and business development. Manage the delivery of the research programme, developing, designing, implementing and evaluating research projects to ensure that they are completed to a high standard, to budget and are in line with evolving business demands.

Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the research needs of those teams are met, and that relevant data and research is shared so as to inform operational decision making, policy positions and stakeholder engagement. Provide insights from research to determine and report on current and emerging risks and future trends in the external environment that impact on service delivery, current and future.

Profile

• Knowledge and experience of working within policy development and knowledge of research methodology
•  Proven experience of managing own workload under competing priorities
•  Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
•  Experience of working under pressure and maintaining accuracy
•  Advance experience of word processing and Microsoft Office packages
• Proven experience working in a research / Insight role at this level

Job Offer

12 month contract

Part time hours 22.5 hours per week

Full time salary is £37,000 to £40,000 (Pro rata for 22.5 hours will be £22,500 to £24,200)
