The British Heart Foundation is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. Senior leadership has announced the ambition to deliver £50million in digital revenue from key product portfolios by offering world class digital experiences that achieve greater impact for research and BHF customers.

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and accomplished Paid Search Channel Manager to join our ambitious digital team to lead the paid search team responsible for planning, management, optimisation and analysis of a diverse portfolio of campaigns. Using Google AdWords, Google Grants programme and Bing via DoubleClick, you will be responsible for maximising overall search returns for a diverse portfolio of campaigns.

You'll drive campaign excellence, maximising what paid search offers as part of a multi-channel mix. Seek out new opportunities to ensure you are keeping campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve. You'll also be responsible for developing the roadmap and strategy for the search team, including line managing the Paid Search Executives.

About you

You will bring strong expertise across performance marketing to bear on planning, innovating and executing acquisition and conversion through search. You will be an adaptable, high-energy digital marketer, expert in optimisation tactics and ready to take ownership for the performance of a range of campaigns.

With an understanding of Google Grant AdWords, you'll have advanced knowledge of PPC (DoubleClick Search/ AdWords/ Bing) and Google Analytics.

You'll have previous experience in a paid search role and a proven track record of driving end-to-end search campaigns.
You'll be highly numerate and literate with the ability to manipulate large data sets to pick out weekly, monthly and yearly trends, using language to bring them to life. Strong communication and relationship building skills are also required.

At British Heart Foundation we actively support our people in their career development and achieving their potential. The role will benefit from access to comprehensive learning and development as well as informal expert mentoring and coaching opportunities.
