Description

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with colleagues in Philanthropy and Legacies to drive the development and design of events as part of a wider donor stewardship strategy
• Co-ordinate logistics and project manage a wide range of events managing all elements from securing venues to on the day delivery; adding value by providing timely, cost effective and accurate support.
• Work with the content team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of high quality, audience appropriate creative outputs
• Take an active role in the evaluation of the effectiveness of events; developing and applying leanings.
• Carry out administrative duties relating to event management.
• Ensure all event processes are compliant in line with legal requirements.

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

• Proven experience of running/delivering multiple events
• In-depth understanding of the principles of event management
• A good knowledge of London venues
• Experience of developing creative and engaging events.
• Experience of working autonomously and making decisions under pressure
