Job Description

We are on an exciting journey to develop and deliver our learning and development strategy to help us realize our organisational goals. 

You will work with a diverse team of volunteers and staff and take ownership of this role and function in this period of exciting change. We need a determined and energetic learning and development leader with excellent influencing skills with who will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders. You will be CIPD qualified and have experience working with external vendors. Strong commercial acumen, experience of team management and developing blended learning solutions that includes e-learning is crucial for this role.

Our Central Office is in a converted mill in Ewell, Surrey which is just over 30-minutes by train from Waterloo and 15 minutes from Wimbledon.
