Job Details

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. We have an ambition to deliver £50 million in digital revenue from key product portfolios by offering world-class digital experiences that achieve greater impact for research and BHF customers.

We're looking for a talented and accomplished Paid Social Executive to join our ambitious digital team. You'll plan, manage, analyse and optimise paid social activity on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels as required. You will also use DoubleClick's Campaign Manager and be responsible for maximising overall paid social returns for a diverse portfolio of campaigns.

Consulting with the Senior Planning Lead, you'll work in tandem with the Senior Digital Executives from other channels to produce innovative multi-channel campaigns; you will apply strong creativity and media buying expertise to ensure KPIs are met, and digital excellence is assured on each campaign.

About you

The successful candidate will be a diligent, enthusiastic digital marketer, who is an expert in optimisation tactics and ready to take ownership for the performance of a range of campaigns from day one.

You'll be knowledgeable about DoubleCick Campaign Manager and Google Analytics and have previous experience using Facebook Business Manager and Instagram. With an understanding of basic attribution and customer lifetime principles, you'll know how they can be applied to marketing data to understand performance. You will also have MS Excel and data analysis skills.

With an understanding of SEO, Paid Display, Social, and Landing Page Testing, you'll have a proven track record of driving end-to-end social campaigns from briefing, building, executing, optimising and reporting.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, the internet & social media. Proactive, open to change and highly effective and organised, you'll be able to manage multiple product marketing demands with competing deadlines and priorities. With excellent communication skills you'll have the ability to build excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders.

We have a big job on our hands - beating heartbreak from the world's biggest killers. So we need people who share our values; brave, compassionate, informed and driven. We need people who share our ambition. And we need people who are experts in their field but and want to make a difference. If that sounds like you, you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary and package of benefits at world class organisation, a healthy work life balance and the support to take your career to new heights.

At BHF we actively support our people in their career development and achieving their potential. The role will benefit from access to comprehensive learning and development as well as informal expert mentoring and coaching opportunities.

The role is based at Greater London House, moments from Camden Town and involves some travel to BHF events and third-party activities. We enthusiastically support flexible working and positive, active lifestyles with activities from softball, yoga, bake-offs and many more.
