We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Director of Sense International and the Sense Director of Supporter Engagement. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week at our head office in London, on a fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months.

About the role
Responsibilities for this role include diary support, co-ordinating and minuting meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, both in the UK and internationally, preparing papers for meetings, financial and governance support, assisting the international team with systems and processes and communicating effectively with a range of external stakeholders.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have substantial experience supporting executive level Directors, preferably in the not-for-profit sector, with international responsibilities. A strong team player with the ability to work flexibly, you will have excellent attention to detail, great people skills and a high proficiency in using the full Microsoft Office suite.
This is a rewarding, busy and involved role, which offers a great opportunity to consolidate experience, work with interesting people around the world and develop new skills. An understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities would be ideal.
