Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Digital Content Producers to join us on 6 month fixed term contracts and be involved in the creation of fresh and exciting online content to reach new and existing audiences digitally. You'll produce high-quality digital content for the BHF website and other materials, monitoring and improving the performance of our digital content.

Leading on website improvements to support the audience's experience, you'll ensure that all content corresponds to BHF's objectives, creating user journeys which showcase the information and support in all areas of the BHF website.

Please note one role will support delivery of our award-winning Heart Matters online magazine whilst to other will support the delivery of patient information and healthcare professionals' content.

About you

You'll have significant experience of online content production, with experience of search engine optimisation and tailoring content for an online audience. You will also be experienced in creating email newsletters which inspire people to visit the BHF website.

You'll be a highly motivated individual, possessing strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

A strong team player, you will be able to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working with colleagues across PS&S Content as well as the digital team and an external publishing agency, to monitor success and implement solutions for improvement.
