The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Money Advice team helping clients to maximise income and minimise expenditure. As part of the team, you will provide a flexible debt casework service to suit the individual which reflects new methods of advice delivery and ensures an efficient and empowering service for our clients.

The ideal person

You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision. You will have a minimum of 6 months experience of money advice casework and an understanding of new approaches to money advice.
You will ideally have experience or a high understanding of DRO’s, bankruptcy and specialist casework.
You will be supported by the Money Advice Manager and will either be an Authorized Intermediary or will be expected to achieve Authorized Intermediary status within 12 months of your start date

With four separate offices across the district and over 100 volunteers and employees we provide free, impartial advice and information on a wide range of issues.
