Citizens Advice provides free, independent and impartial advice and information to help people resolve their legal, money and other problems. In the past year we have helped over 2.5 million people solve over 6.2 million problems. Our national network delivers services from over 3,000 locations in England and Wales. In 2015 we won Charity Times Charity of the Year for our work. Now we want to do even more.

The Funded Programmes team at Citizens Advice are recruiting two Service Delivery Coordinators to join dynamic service delivery teams.

One part time Service Delivery Coordinator will be based in our modern Cardiff city centre offices and will join the Pension Wise team, supporting the delivery of this exciting and evolving service

One full time Service Delivery Coordinator will be based in our modern Leeds city centre office and will join the team responsible for delivering a national debt advice service. The service delivery team works with 140 advice agencies employing over 330 debt advisers across England and Wales to deliver free, quality debt advice to people that need it, including some of the most financially excluded groups of people in our society. Advice is offered across a range of channels, including face to face, telephone, web chat and email. The Service Delivery Coordinator will work within the subteam responsible for the telephone, email and webchat elements of debt advice delivery.

These busy and varied roles will not only test your service monitoring, analytical and time management skills but will also provide the opportunity to work with a variety of organisations and individuals. You will require high-level IT skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are also required to build relationships internally and externally in an inventive, responsible and generous culture.
