Job Details
Our Individual Giving team manages and delivers direct marketing campaigns, delivering inspirational and engaging supporter experiences to help beat heartbreak forever, raising vital donations to fund our life saving research.
Our ambitious new strategy puts our supporters at the heart of the work we do, ensuring they are central to our work and achievements, and motivated to continue funding our research long-term, getting us closer to a world where people do not die prematurely or suffer from heart disease.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team to play a key role in managing and delivering inspirational multi-channel direct marketing campaigns which achieve strategic targets and organisational priorities.
The team's success relies upon individuals who have specialist knowledge and experience in direct marketing and with strong creative and analytical skills. This is a crucial role within the Retention team and will help to deliver fantastic campaigns focused on stewarding our hugely important supporters.
About you
The successful candidate will have extensive direct marketing experience, preferably within a charity environment as well as knowledge of recurring revenue models and loyalty programmes, including developing customer journeys that engage and retain supporters.
You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with our supporters and key contacts in the business. You'll also have creative development and confidence in analysing and applying data insights to improve results.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time, where innovation and a move to digitally-focused communications are taking centre stage.
