Description

As a Content and Community Officer you are duties are as follows;

• To support Content Managers with the development of annual digital marketing plans and their implementation
  
• To work with Content Managers to monitor budgets and campaign performance on a monthly basi
• To produce and document business processes and plans
• To conduct digital requirements scoping and supplier selection for digital projects, identifying available options and costs
• To ensure brand compliance and accurate briefing of internal departments, obtaining relevant approvals from stakeholders
• To identify, and work with Content Managers to test and develop new digital initiatives, content or platforms

Profile

The successful Content and Community Officer will be based in East London. The candidate is require to have CRM and CMS experience, it is also essential to have content knowledge and confident in dealing with stakeholders.
