Head of Curriculum (Female Applicants only)

A leading education charity are recruiting for a Head of Curriculum, to oversee the delivery of education programmes at both their Youth and Women provisions, leading the team on the organisation's journey towards becoming excellent through implementation of the Quality Improvement and Operational plans.

You will be responsible for the management and development of the organisation's identified curriculum areas ensuring that the quality of delivery is of the highest standard.

As someone who holds a teaching qualification and has worked in FE or HE you will be ensuring that the delivery of teaching and learning is responsive to the needs of learners across both provisions and maintained at a high standard.

Having demonstrable exceptional leadership skills you will deliver a continuous improvement culture within the team, developing and managing an outstanding curriculum offer in areas agreed with the Executive team, ensuring they are meeting both the needs of learners and the needs of local employers.

You will have a track record of successfully implementing quality systems, plus recent experience dealing with Ofsted and QAA at a leadership level in order to oversee and lead on quality across the organisation.

You will have patience and understanding to work with challenging client groups and have a passion for working with specialist education provisions.
